Hotel Zapata Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Dear Guest,
We realize that sometimes plans change, however, in order to be fair to other prospective guests of Hotel Zapata, and to avoid unnecessary charges,we request that you only reserve the amount of nights that you are certain will be spent in Hotel Zapata.
Hotel Zapata Reservations and Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be made via the hotelās website www.hotelzapata.com. A credit card will be required at time of booking to guarantee a reservation. This same credit card provided will be used for any penalty charges or cancellation fees.
Peak Season: December-April/August
- During peak season, we may require a minimum of 3 nights stay for certain rooms.
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date will be charged 50% of the original guaranteed reservation.
- Reservations cancelled less than 21 days of the arrival date will be charged for the entire length of the original guaranteed reservation. Any reservations made less then 21 days prior to the arrival date will not benefit from a grace period to cancel with out penalty.
- When you have a confirmed reservation and fail to arrive on the date indicated, and also neglect to cancel according to the guidelines above, you will be charged for the entire length of the original guaranteed reservation.
- Upon check-in, you are responsible for consuming the entire length previously reserved. Nights that are reserved and not consumed will be charged as if they were consumed. No refunds or charge backs will be issued for any nights reserved and not consumed. Hotel credits may be available for future visits; however this is subject to manager discretion. (No shows do not apply)

**Please note that during peak season there are weeks that are considered high demand and will therefore require payment in full at the time of reservation. You will be contacted by the hotel directly if this applies to your reservation.
Non-Peak Season: May-July & September-November
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days of the arrival date will be charged for half of the length of the original guaranteed reservation.
- Any reservations made less then 7 days prior to the arrival date will not benefit from a grace period to cancel with out penalty.

- NOTE: During non-peak season, there will be certain dates that are considered peak time and therefore the peak season reservation and cancellation policy above will apply. For example: Memorial Day Weekend (May), 4th of July weekend, Labor Day (September),Thanksgiving week (November) etc.
